Social Responsibility of Aragon 2017
Last December 18th, Graphene Tech received the Seal to the Social Responsibility of Aragon, in a session inaugurated by the Minister of Economy, Industry and Employment of Aragon, Marta Gastón.
Social responsibility involves comprehension of values with productive activity and ensuring that the success of companies depends not only on the quality of their products, but also on the values and concerns in their way of production itself. This recognition places value on Graphenetech’s social commitment.
The event took place in the Corona de Aragón Hall located in the General Delegation of Aragon, where a NEW RSA SEAL was presented for next year. The RSA + Seal, transcends social responsibility and seeks to promote and deepen key aspects as the reconciliation of personal family and work life; the elaboration of equality plans; corporate volunteering; and the involvement of socially responsible organizations in the culture of Aragon.
This was the perfect occasion for signing the adhesion of the Government of Aragon to the United Nations Global Compact and its Sustainable Development Goals, commonly known as SDGs, which seeks to end with poverty and hunger, work for health and well-being, education of quality, gender equality, affordable energy, clean water, decent work or promotion of innovation.
This pact was signed between Javier Lambán as President of the Government of Aragon and Víctor Viñuales, Vice President of the Global Compact. Graphenetech already joined it in May this year
Without a doubt, this is the recognition to the well done job and an integrating business strategy.
